• AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE (ACH DEBITS)
  Deliver debit files to us via the Internet to electronically collect payments from your clients. These transactions can be initiated using your in-house accounting system or our electronic banking system – Heritage Direct Online Banking.
   
• CASH CONCENTRATION
  Move funds electronically between multiple business locations and their respective bank accounts into a single operating account.
   
• CASH VAULT
  Save on the time and expense of going to the bank everyday by ordering and/or depositing your cash through the security of an armored carrier to and from a centrally located cash vault.

  Our remittance processor will accelerate the collection of your receivables by establishing a dedicated PO Box for your customers to send their payments to. Checks are picked up for processing several times a day, and the funds are deposited directly into your account.
   
• MERCHANT BANKCARD SERVICES
  Expand your customer base and sales by accepting credit and debit cards for payment of goods and/or services. Once approved and set up with our Merchant Card Services partner, your account will be credited for these payments via ACH.

• ACCOUNT STATEMENT AND CHECK IMAGE CD ROM
  Statement and check imaging enable you to retrieve and review sharp detailed images of your company’s paid checks and bank statements using your PC. The CD-ROM will be delivered to you monthly making it easy for you to locate paid checks, as well as print copies – both front and back - should the need arise.
   
• POSITIVE PAY (CHECK RECONCILIATION)
  Verify that the checks clearing your account are valid issued checks of your company. Positive Pay electronically matches your paid items to your issued items to alert you to possibly fraudulent or altered checks. It can also provide you with a daily reconcilement of your account.
   
• CASH SWEEP
  Invest your excess cash using our Cash Sweep Investment Account. At the end of each business day your net investable balance over a predetermined target level, will be swept from your business account to an investment account, optimizing your yield on daily unused cash. Additional benefits include:
   
  • Elimination of accidental overdraft because the funds automatically transfer back to your checking account as needed.
