Job Title: Central Operations Representative

Qualifications: 
This position requires strong written and oral communication skills. Working primarily in the energetic banking services department, multi-tasking is a necessity. Prior banking experience is helpful, but if you are eager to learn we invite you to apply.

Primary Responsibilities: 
This is a great opportunity to expand your interpersonal skills. As a Central Operations Representative, you will be primarily responsible for handling incoming client service phone calls. Though your duties will vary over time, some may include entering stop payments and block entries into computer system, reviewing credit ratings, conducting research, and processing levies and legal orders. You will also assist with account reconcilement, review large items, process collections, and handle returned and exception items.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a banking environment.  Excellent communication and organization skills are required.  Must be a self-starter and be able to handle a multitude of tasks without loss of continuity or quality.  High School diploma with at least six months of prior banking experience preferred.  

Primary Responsibilities: 

As a Loan Administrative Assistant, you are to assist and support commercial loan officers, senior management and clients in regards to renewals, processing and follow ups of loans.  This includes pulling monthly/weekly reports and distributing them to lenders and management, coordinating daily overdraft responses, preparing renewal letters and collecting financial information as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities: 

As an experienced Deposit officer, you will be primarily responsible for providing client support and new business support for assigned deposit relationships.  You will also be responsible for achieving target deposit totals and loan referral goals for the branch.  In addition, you will manage a portfolio of top tier clients for a designated branch within a banking division.  You will also work with clients to resolve account or service related problems.
