Qualifications: 
For this position, we requires at least five years of experience documenting loans.  LaserPro is our current software.  Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are a must.  The ideal candidate will have an Associates' degree or the equivalent in related work experience.

Primary Responsibilities: 
We are seeking a full-time Loan Documentation Officer to join our Loan Support Services Department.  In this role, the Loan Documentation Officer will be called upon to prepare commercial, construction and consumer loan documentation pursuant to specific credit underwriting requirements.  Key to this position is attention to detail and excellent communication and organization skills.  The ideal candidate will have five years of loan documentation experience, preferably with LaserPro.
