Job Title: Client Services Representative

Qualifications: 
Our banks thrive on developing strong customer relationships. We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist clients with deposits, transfers, check cashing and financial transactions. The successful candidate must be able to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner; perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately; operate banking equipment; use personal computers and related software; and maintain financial records.  High School diploma with at least six months of prior banking experience preferred.  

Primary Responsibilities: 
You are to assist clients with various financial transactions as well as account opening and maintenance; complete necessary computer input; have the ability to identify products or services and properly refer the clients; and be responsible for ensuring the proper documents and bank forms are accurately received. his is a great opportunity to expand your interpersonal skills.

Job Title: AVP/Deposit Officer

The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills.  Dedication to customer service is a must.  The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities: 
As an experienced Deposit officer, you will be primarily responsible for providing client support and new business support for assigned deposit relationships.  You will also be responsible for achieving target deposit totals and loan referral goals for the branch.  In addition, you will manage a portfolio of top tier clients for a designated branch within a banking division.  You will also work with clients to resolve account or service related problems.
