Job Title: Loan Specialist

Qualifications: 
We are seeking an individual to support our Loan Support Services Department who is detail oriented and a self-starter.  Excellent customer service skills are a must.  The ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with various lending personnel, upper management and staff are required.  An Associates' degree plus three to four years of experience or the equivalent of experience and education are required. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
You are to provide support to the Loan Support Services Department in the areas of boarding loans, posting payments and advances, and making any maintenance changes to the loan in the software system.  You will assist in monitoring the In-Process/Holdover accounts and review and process Libor transactions.  In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing posted transactions against participation reports and process any specialized lending transaction.

Attention to detail is a must. Requires one year of related experience or an equivalent of experience and related training. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
You are to assist clients with account opening and maintenance; complete necessary computer input; have the ability to identify products or services and properly refer the clients; and be responsible for ensuring the proper documents and bank forms are accurately received.
