Job Title: AVP/Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a professional individual to provide exceptional service and leadership as the Assistant Vice President, Operations Manager in our San Jose branch.  The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong background in operations and possess excellent client service and communication (verbal and written) skills.

 Highlights of Daily Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for the daily activities and operation of the branch and branch staff
  • Utilizes knowledge and experience in exercising discretion and independent judgment in resolving difficulties and providing solutions
  • Uses problem-solving skills to resolve operational and personnel issues
  • Must have thorough working knowledge of all DDA, SAV, COD, ATM/DEBIT CARDS, & IRA products and documentation required for these products.
  • Processes teller transactions and opens New Accounts when needed
  • Responsible for accurately completing monthly, quarterly and annual branch certifications within the assigned timeframe
  • Manages quality and audit controls
  • Provides strong leadership, guidance and training to branch staff
  • Conducts regular staff meetings to review successes, challenges, new products and services
  • Conducts Performance Evaluations and makes recommendations to VP/Regional Manager for the hiring, discipline, promotion, and termination of all operations staff members
  • Ensures that all daily processes are completed in line with established security procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three to six years experience in financial/operations management and at least 3 years experience in new accounts, preferably in a Commercial Bank.
  • Supervisory experience preferred. This position is responsible for 6 subordinates.
  • Strong focus on client service and relationships
  • Able to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously without loss of continuity or quality; function with little or no supervision; prioritize workload to the benefit of both the Bank and its clientele
  • Strong leadership and management skills, leading by example
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and written and oral communication skills
  • Solid understanding of bank products and services
  • Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance such as BSA, US Patriot Act, Reg CC etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office related software, including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Minimum of H.S. Diploma; undergraduate degree desirable

Job Title: Regional Utility Support Officer

Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Job Title: Credit Compliance/Collateral Analyst

Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities: 
Credit Administration has an opening for a Credit Compliance/Collateral Analyst to spread, track, maintain, calculate, analyze and report on the status of borrowing base positions and covenant compliance.  This position also supports credit administration with loan advances and payment functions, daily OD reporting, due diligence report ordering and other general operation responsibilities/projects.  Direct work experience handling borrowing base calculations, including knowledge of AssetReader is highly desirable.  Experience processing tracking and reporting covenants/financial reporting items in Baker Hill is a plus, including the ability to create and update reports in a SAP business object environment.

Job Title: Credit Analyst

Qualifications:
We are seeking a credit analyst to underwrite a variety of business and commercial real estate loans.  The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills, prior underwriting experience with excellent accounting and computer skills, including financial spreading software experience.  The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities: 
As a credit analyst, you will be responsible for underwriting a wide variety of business and commercial real estate loans.  The main objective of this position is to support and expedite the underwriting functions of the San Jose lending unit.  This position is also responsible for evaluating cash flow and collateral to service the Bank's lending position and accurately determine the borrower's ability to incur and repay debt.

Job Title: LSS Documentation and Production Officer

In this position, you will be preparing necessary consumer and complex commercial loans including Commercial Real Estate & Construction loan documentation.  Such tasks would include ensuring the documents are consistent with the loan approval.  Performing a comprehensive review of pre-closing and executed standard consumer and commercial loan documentation packages.  Maintaining the tracking system relating to loans.  Must be able to perform all tasks within the Loan Support Services Operations Department with emphasis on boarding loans on the ITI system.
